1. Scroll down, under Link You Shopper’s Card click on 'Get Started' 
2. Select Sign In or Create an Account

Note: You must create a digital account in order to link your shopper’s card account to the PTO

3. Once logged in to your account, select 'Preferences'
4. Make sure that your Preferred Store is set to:

4747 Research Forest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381

5. You might need to log out and log back in for your account to update.
6. Select 'Community Rewards'
7. Search for 'Collins Intermediate PTO'
8. Select 'Enroll'

TIPS: If these steps do not work for you.

• Close window 
• Open new browser and try again
